I would also like to have some sort of overview as to which scouts have what completed/partial etc. perhaps u could add an "all scouts" option in the menu which would display the number of scouts that have completed each merit badge on or next to each badge icon. Another number could signify in progress badges. This would be extremely useful as cross checking each scout one by one is a bit of a managerial mess. I suggest that when u click on the badge icons in "all scouts" mode that it brings up a list of which scouts have completed and which have it partially completed along with the requirements. Ideally you could also list the number of I completed sub requirements inside the badges too but I don't want to go too crazy with this idea.

Bottom line is some sort of top down viewing option on how many scouts have or are working on stuff is a necessary feature to keep this app useful for larger troops.

Thanks for listening

Kevin,
Might I suggest that you come up with an update schedule - say 2 to 4 times per year. Your product is nice, and acceptable for my purposes, but MUST be updated to keep track of new BSA opportunities are it is worthless. The folks who would use your product are likely the folks who might jump on new opportunities in scouting and would want their go-to application to have the details available quickly. You charge a premium for your application, and folks expect prompt updates for a premium price. It has been over 8 months since the Robotics MB was released, and still no update. I understand that you have a major task in front of you to update the features of the application for synchronization, but I would expect you to continue to update the application for things it already supports in the mean time. I'm afraid that your effort here is starting to look very unprofessional.

I've heard reports of the apps freezing on iOS 5. I haven't been able to reproduce the problem yet. If you can give more details about what causes the freeze, I'd appreciate it.

I expect that the following would unfreeze it. These steps are valid for iOS4 and above:

Press the iPhone/iPod Home button to get out of the application.

Double-press the Home button to pull up the "running app" icons at the bottom of the screen.

Touch-and-hold the icon for the running app for two seconds. The icons start jiggling, and the red circle with the minus icon appears (If you get the black-circle-with-X icon, you're touching the icon for running the app - that's the "uninstall" action, so please don't do it.)

Touch the red-circle-minus icon on the running app, and the running app icon disappears.

Press the Home button to stop the jiggling. Then you can re-start the app.

As we near the end of 2011, is this app only as current as the December 2010 requirements? Or if I purchase the app, will updates get me current?
