It doesn’t currently support multitasking, but it’s a great idea. I’ll take a look.

Hi there, suprisingly what you don’t mention anywhere is If the app supports multitasking – neither do most reMail based apps. This is my main reason for leaving the old reMail app I still use.

Is it supported and can you have your latest emails downloading in the background if you start it then open another app?

I’m working on the iPad version, and think the idea of an optional PIN is a good one. I can’t give any ETA at this point, though…

I am looking for an iPad version. Also it would be helpful if the app could be password/PIN protected as I do not want my 5 year old accidently deleting my email.

Any plans to do this?

I just got an iPad this week and am looking at what makes sense for it. Sounds like a checkmark to save or not save the password on each account would suffice. for this. Sounds like a good idea…

Kevin – love the app and the concept! looking forward to the iPad version. I know it sort of goes against how apple are pushing the hardware but I’m looking for an iPad imap client app that supports multiple user configs. Any plans ? I leave the pad lying around the living room to surf ‘on demand’ and as we all have mail on imap enabled servers it’d be great to allow us each to have a separate instance. Not looking for DES level security but basic password access would make sense to stop my 7 year old emailing the boss!

Thanks for contacting me about fwdMail – I’m sorry you’re having troubles.

Could you give me examples of the specific Unicode folder names/etc. that are giving you trouble?

Also, is it still not remembering your account information? Could you describe the exact steps that you’re following?

I haven’t heard of either of these issues before, so I’d really like to figure out what’s giving you problems.
